ROLE DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for strategic direction and execution of all internal and external communications
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities Conduct appropriate market research on competitive services and firms
• Write collateral materials promoting firms services
• Assist in developing new revenue sources through lead generation, online campaigns, exhibits and sponsorships.
• Work on corporate intranet and internet site developing and maintaining content, including video/podcast content
• Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools with input from product marketing, product management, executives, sales, PR and customers
• Responsible for art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials
• Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, sales training sessions and other corporate events
• Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
• Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or related field
- English mother tongue
- Proven track record in International Markets
- Demonstrated success in a marketing or marketing communications role for an online B2B company
- Web marketing, PPC, SEO, social networking, Email marketing
- Creation of specialized web landing pages and content
- Experience in internet marketing, including one or more of the following:
- Email-based marketing for lead generation
- Internet-based lead generation programs
- Content Management Systems (CMS) for maintaining websites
- Website marketing and management

Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our performance based Advertising platform solutions within the online marketplace, DMG (DSNR Media Group) is actively seeking experienced professionals to join our sales office as Inside Sales Representative(s). As an Inside Sales manager, you will report to the Sales team leader and take responsibility for generating leads, cold-calling, conducting web-based demonstrations, developing customer relationships, and driving new business activity in the digital advertisement marketplace within an assigned verticals. Other miscellaneous duties may be required, as directed.
The top responsibilities of the inside sales manager will be:
• Generate new sales opportunities
• Manage ongoing sales pipeline
• Negotiate the business terms with customers
